Dalton Husley is a Gulf Coast sound mixer, boom operator, and sound utility, as well as part owner of Little Lighthouse Productions. Working in the film and video industry since 2022, he serves productions throughout Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana and is available to travel.
With a background in software development, Dalton brings a technical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving to his work in production sound. He focuses on capturing clear, natural dialogue, adapting to each location, and working closely with the crew to keep production moving smoothly.
His experience spans feature films, reality television, and a wide range of commercial projects. His credits include work in the audio department on John Travolta’s That’s Amore! and the Hulu reality series Love in Fairhope. He has also worked with students through Canton Young Filmmakers, supporting hands-on filmmaking and helping emerging filmmakers understand the role sound plays in telling a story.
Through Little Lighthouse Productions and his freelance sound work, Dalton supports projects of all sizes with attention to detail, clear communication, and a collaborative attitude. Whether recording a commercial interview or working alongside a full sound department, he approaches each project with the same goal: capturing audio that serves the story.
